Nancy’s pilates classes have completely reformed my body. I came into Nancy’s class six months ago, not overweight, but definitely under worked out. I had arm drapery, muffin top, bloated looking belly, poor posture, and very little core strength. I am now sporting muscular arms with no hanging angel wings, strong abs, legs, butt, core, and my posture is so much better that I look taller.
