Pilates Fusion

Intermediate–advanced, movement based class. Incorporates pilates principles while strengthening and lengthening the body through rhythmic and fluid movement.

Private / Semi-private

Private one on one training specifically designed to your needs, or semi-private sessions for you and a friend. Both services are offered in studio or in the comfort of your own home. Very flexible session times.

Intro

Learn the history behind pilates and how to use the fundamentals. Focus on cueing and breathing while maintaining good form and understanding. Learn the basic concepts and foundations in order to feel more comfortable in regular classes.
